The Premier Stretcher Carrier (PSC) is a revolutionary means of easily transporting injured people over almost any kind of terrain not accessible by vehicles. The unique PSC frame is made of heavy duty but lightweight aluminum.

Military Configuration (EM4108) Features:
• Uses non-puncture wheels with closed cell poly-urethane inner tube - 20" (51cm) x 2" (5cm) with integrated stainless steel axle.
• Welded Aluminum frame folds for compactly for storage and it can be reassembled quickly without tools.
• Patented adjustable latch system quickly secures and detaches the litter.
• Weight Capacity: 500 lbs.
• Height Extender (HE) included with this configuration allows the user to raise the patient platform height to 32" (81cm)
