Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. (Contact must be made within 5 days from receipt of merchandise.) All returned items must be sent freight pre-paid and be received in new, resaleable condition in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for returns due to customer preference of misorder. Any product returned due to shippers error will be rectified at no cost.
